Agotzaina's Success at Salón Gourmets 2026.

Freshly returned from IFEMA Madrid, we could not be prouder of our participation in the 39th edition of Salón Gourmets. For four days, we celebrated gastronomic excellence, sharing space with our dairy brand, Lácteos Segarra, and experiencing one of the most exciting moments in our company's history.


A Record-Breaking Event

Salón Gourmets continues to strengthen its position as Europe's leading trade fair for premium food and beverages. This year's edition reached impressive figures:

  • More than 2,000 exhibitors from around the world.

  • Over 55,000 products showcased across 70,000 m² of exhibition space.

  • More than 110,000 professional visitors, including some of the most influential international buyers in the industry.


Gold Medal for Our Caprillice Semi-Cured Wine Cheese

The highlight of this year's edition was the 16th GourmetQuesos Championship. We are delighted to announce that our Caprillice Semi-Cured Wine Cheese was awarded the Gold Medal in its category, earning recognition as the best cheese of its kind in Spain.

This award reflects the technical expertise, dedication and passion that we put into every cheese produced at our dairy facility.


Teamwork and Synergy at Our Stand

Our presence in Hall 4, alongside the Valencian Community Pavilion and Lácteos Segarra, became a meeting point for professionals interested in premium dairy products and innovation.

The collaboration with Lácteos Segarra demonstrates the strength of a group that controls the entire process, from origin to table, ensuring quality, traceability and excellence at every stage.

We would like to thank the IFEMA organizers, the competition judges and, above all, all the customers, partners and friends who visited us and celebrated this achievement with us.

This gold medal is more than a trophy; it confirms that the path of quality, responsibility and continuous improvement is the right one.
