The functional beverage industry is constantly searching for alternatives to dairy and soy proteins. At Agotzaina's R&D&I Department, we have developed a Ready-to-Drink (RTD) protein beverage prototype that uses egg white protein as its sole protein source.
This development is more than just another protein drink; it is a technological solution for consumers seeking clean-label products, high-quality nutrition and maximum digestibility. With 14g of protein per serving (equivalent to approximately four egg whites), the beverage delivers a complete amino acid profile, is naturally lactose-free, and offers a smooth texture that overcomes the traditional sensory barriers associated with egg-based drinks.
We are currently looking for strategic partners and brands interested in leading this emerging category and transforming this validated prototype into a successful commercial product.
